Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations & Project Management Assistant in Alternance or End-of-Study format to support our CEO, Chief of Staff, and team across a wide range of cross-functional projects.

This is a highly transversal role: you will help ensure that internal processes run smoothly, projects progress seamlessly, and both internal stakeholders and clients receive timely support and information.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organisation, precision, coordination, and wants to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of a fast-growing startup, with the potential to transition to a full-time position afterward.

Your Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support CEO and Chief of Staff in executing operational and strategic priorities

  • Coordinate tasks and timelines across product, operations, customer success, and account management

  • Maintain and update project documentation, tracking, and workflows

Customer Success & Brand Support

  • Ensure brands receive accurate information and resources promptly

  • Follow up on action points and ensure stakeholders are informed

  • Assist with onboarding materials, presentations, and operational guidelines

Product Testing

  • Quality Assurance - Assist our Product Designer in testing new features

Operational Excellence & Workflow Improvements

  • Analyse internal processes and propose ways to improve efficiency

  • Conduct research to optimise strategic workflows and productivity

  • Maintain internal tools, automations, and standard operating procedures

Office & Administrative Support (Paris-based)

  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks, scheduling, and logistics

  • Help prepare reports, organise documents, and maintain internal organisation


Preferred experience

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing studies or recently graduated, looking for Alternance / End-of-Study experience

  • Thrive in an in-office environment and enjoy being part of the team onsite

  • Highly organized, structured, and reliable

  • Strong critical thinker who can compartmentalize, analyze, and prioritize information

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed

  • Excellent communicator, able to inform the right people at the right time

  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality and execution

  • Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in operations, project management, customer success, or executive support

  • Understanding of fashion or tech industries is a plus

  • Fluency in French is a plus
