Who are they?
Mobilize Pay is a start-up from Mobilize Financial Services, the banking and services subsidiary of
Groupe Renault. The team is working autonomously to develop and a launch new payment methods and eco-responsible services focused on the mobility of its B2C customers (issuing activity) and B2B payment services (acquisition activity).

The activity is a Mobilize Pay service that will provide on-the-go payment solutions (for fuel, tolls, parking, e-vehicle charging…) via a mobile app or embedded in Renault group cars.
The ideal candidate should have project and product management skills, the ability to understand and identify the business opportunities for this new service, and the ability to manage the implementation process to ensure the launch and sustainability of the business.
On a daily basis, you will imagine and help bring to life products of high value for Mobilize Pay and the Renault-Nissan Alliance that are related to connected cars and on-the-go payment services for parking, fuel, e-vehicle charging, etc…
Develop the Product vision for the MVP and future versions;
Monitor and collect business needs and user expectations and feedback;
Assess market opportunities and identify key partners;
Identify the expected services and features and select those that bring the most value or benefits to users in order to determine and plan the Product releases/versions;
Verify the viability of the Product on the market;
Validate the vision together with the decision makers and communicate it to the teams.
Manage partners (from negotiation/contracting to operational monitoring);
Manage the Product Backlog and continuously seek to maximize the business value for users;
Prioritize all Stories within the Product Backlog together with the POs;
Accept or reject the Stories implemented by the development team;
Answer requests for clarification on Stories in progress issued by the development team during the various iterations;
Assess the operation of the versions during their deployment process;
Communicate with management regarding the progress of the product realization.
Activity tracking (Run)
Build and analyze dashboards to help guide our actions with clients and suppliers;
Monitor, control, and alert on incidents.
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in product management linked with mobility products.
Good experience in project management and cross-functional management: Ability to manage several projects at the same time;
You have excellent knowledge of web and mobile strategy and technologies;
You master the agile methodologies of design and implementation;
Experience in digital projects, Marketplace, on-the-go payments, mobile payments;
Expertise in the field of mobile payments and e-commerce would be a real plus;
Knowledge of the automotive industry or leasing products would be a plus;
Education: Business school, Engineering school. Desired specialization: dual technical + marketing curriculum;
Advanced English – minimum 850 on the Toeic.
