They also address the issues faced by our customers and users, responding to various challenges related to new features, scalability, security, and usability.

About the job:

As a Senior Product Manager on the Product team, you'll own the strategic vision for Mirakl Connect, our central hub for sellers and brands, with a focus on Catalog Transformer, our Gen-AI solution that helps onboard our customers’ product catalogs faster, across multiple marketplaces.

You will lead the Product Data Lifecycle squad, focused on onboarding products catalog at unmatched speed with a best-in-class user experience.

You'll work closely with your squad's Engineering Manager, 5 backend or full-stack Java developers, 1 functional tester, the Data Science team and various business stakeholders across Mirakl.

What you'll do day to day:

  • Define the 'speed-to-catalog' strategy: Translate market trends and customer pain points into a roadmap that drastically reduces the time-to-onboard for sellers.
  • Turn that vision into delivery: write epics and user stories, organize sprints, track the roadmap and delivery, using FigJam, Productboard, and Jira
  • Lead the squad to ship value iteratively. Focus on rapid prototyping, testing AI accuracy with real users, and minimizing time-to-value.
  • Lead discovery through customer interviews and collaboration with internal teams (sales, support, marketing, etc.) to capture and understand needs and gather feedback on AI performance
  • Partner early with the Engineering, Design, and Data Science to shape the functional roadmap—both on existing features and innovative ones—and create ideal development conditions
  • Orchestrate cross-functional AI development: Collaborate with Data Science to turn raw Gen-AI capabilities into reliable, user-trusting product This includes, but is not limited to: testing new algorithms, coordinating proof-of-concepts with key customers, and deep diving into customer feedback.
  • Drive innovation in catalog onboarding through AI integration, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility across engineering and data science teams
  • Own go-to-market and sales enablement:.work with Sales, Support and Product Marketing to define key messages and ensure clear understanding of the Gen-AI technology. Turn complex tech into a simple commercial advantage.
  • Drive strategic deals: Partner directly with the Solutions and Sales teams on strategic accounts to identify where our roadmap can important customer opportunities
  • Run competitive and market intelligence: analyze competitors to understand strengths/weaknesses and position Catalog Transformer effectively in the Gen-AI landscape
  • Measure Business Impact: Track and optimize for catalog quality score, onboarding Velocity, and seller Activation Rate, and propose iterative improvements based on insights

You’ll love this job if:

  • You have at least 5 years of Product Manager experience, ideally including 3+ years in SaaS software, particularly in e-commerce/marketplaces or AI-powered products
  • You have experience or strong interest in AI product development, including working with data scientists to validate algorithms, test model outputs, and translate technical capabilities into market-ready features
  • You're interested in or familiar with catalog management, product data quality, and the challenges sellers face when onboarding to multiple marketplaces
  • You've proven strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, particularly in managing collaboration between engineering, data science, sales, and customer success teams
  • You're customer-facing and enjoy it: you're comfortable conducting customer interviews and providing action-oriented recommendations
  • You have experience enabling sales teams, particularly on technical or AI products
  • You're comfortable with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
  • You're curious about using Gen-AI to transform e-commerce workflows and innovate in the marketplace ecosystem
  • You're fluent in French and English (international customer environment)
