We are looking for a Sales Intern to support our AMER Business Development team.

About the AMER Business Development Team

The AMER Business Development team engages and qualifies Enterprise B2B and B2C companies across North and South America through direct outbound efforts, lead queue management, event prospecting, and channel partnerships.

The Sales Internship Role

  1. Technology
    • As a Sales Intern, you will primarily work with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Cognism to:
      • Analyze and improve data quality (e.g., account and contact creation)
      • Run reports on efficiency and performance for management meetings
      • Monitor Salesforce leads and opportunities for consistency and completion
  2. Collaboration
    • You will collaborate closely with the BD team, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Sales leadership through:
      • Weekly cross-functional calls
      • One-off meetings with individual stakeholders
  3. Reporting
    • This role reports to the Manager, Business Development (AMER)
    • You will have a weekly 1:1 to chart progress and development throughout the internship, with opportunities to explore/shadow roles across Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations

Location and Work Schedule

  • Must be local to the Boston area and able to work onsite at our Boston office during working hours
  • Part-time during the Spring semester (approximately 20 hours per week); we will accommodate your class schedule
  • The internship will extend into the summer, shifting to full-time (40 hours per week) once the academic term ends, with an expected end date at the end of August

What Mirakl Is Looking For

  • Currently pursuing BA or BS degree with an anticipated graduation date of 2026 or 2027
  • Comfortable working with technologies like Google Workspace (GSuite) and Zoom
  • At ease working within international teams in a fast-paced organization
  • Interested in learning more about Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, and related technologies
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and project management skills

Below you will find the reasonably estimated hourly range for this role. Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, and experience and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity.

$20$22 USD
