We are looking for a high-energy, creative, team-oriented Finance Project Manager with a business and IT background to help our Finance, Legal and HR teams achieve a new level of performance. In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions across those departments. You will have responsibility and autonomy to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring that the processes are aligned with Mirakl's strategic objectives. Your dual expertise in business and technology will lead you in collaborating closely with Finance, Legal and HR teams to drive innovation, improve operations within the company, and reinforce Mirakl’s long-term position as the category leader. In your role, you will be supported by a highly experienced management team and have the resources to invest in your business.

Your role at Mirakl:

  • Collaborate with finance, legal, HR departments to understand their specific needs, challenges and objectives. Document and analyze processes, workflows, and data requirements.
  • Develop holistic financial system architecture with detailed design specifications, including data models, workflows, and integration points.
  • Continuously assess the suitability of existing systems (Netsuite, Ironclad, Bamboo, etc.) for Mirakl’s needs. Research and recommend improvements of existing solutions or new ones that can enhance financial, legal and HR operations.
  • Define and design integration solutions for Mirakl financial systems with other companies’ systems (e.g, ERP, CRM, HRM).
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement or improve those systems. Ensure that they meet business requirements. Oversee system configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Develop data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Ensure that financial systems comply with industry regulations and accounting standards. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.

What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:

  • Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field + at least one experience with financial systems and technology.
  • A prior experience in a financial consulting or solution architect role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems or Billing tools (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle), financial modeling software, and financial analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards and financial reporting. Ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Expertise in designing and architecting financial solutions, and in creating comprehensive system architecture and integration plans.
  • Experience in designing and leading projects and programs through to completion
  • Fluent in English
