The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Analytics Engineer team led by Jean-Nicolas Fine. The team consists of 4 Analytics Engineers based in Paris. Together, you'll be managing customer data and insights at Mirakl, transforming and making data available for all Mirakl teams to accelerate decision-making and optimize workflows.

Your Impact

As an Analytics Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in building and optimizing data models, pipelines, and solutions to securely, efficiently, and autonomously provide Mirakl teams with high-quality data.

  • Work closely with Product & business teams to understand needs and develop valuable data solutions
  • Develop and maintain data models & semantic layer (documentation) to convert raw data into analytics-ready datasets
  • Develop and support self-service analytics and agentic solutions, empowering users to independently discover insights and optimize workflows
  • Build and maintain dashboards guaranteeing reliable access to critical performance indicators
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions through user training, responsive support and incident resolution

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience

  • You are looking for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026
  • You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with the manipulation and transformation of very large data sets
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques (e.g. star schemas, normalisation etc.)
  • Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis techniques; knowledge of machine learning models is a plus

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in SQL and Python

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English

Compensation

Internship compensation: Between €1,200 and €1,600 per month (depending on profile)
