The position

Job description

We are looking for an Organic Growth Manager to join our Growth Team and lead Mindee’s organic acquisition efforts.

Your mission: boost Mindee’s visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms, and turn high-intent traffic into engaged users and customers.

In this role, you will own the strategy and performance of our website, SEO, GEO, and blog, driving greater visibility across search engines and optimizing conversion rates.

Key Responsabilities

1. Website

  • Own and optimize the Mindee website to maximize traffic, engagement, and lead conversion.

  • Ensure all website content aligns with SEO best practices and Mindee’s brand voice.

  • Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other relevant tools.

  • Leverage basic design skills to create visually appealing content.

2. SEO Growth

  • Lead the organic acquisition strategy across all relevant search channels.

  • Develop strategies to optimize Mindee’s visibility within AI-powered search

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitive analysis.

  • Develop internal linking, structured data, and content optimization initiatives.

  • Build an authority and backlink strategy aligned with Mindee’s audiences.

  • Support Mindee’s documentation creation to ensure SEO alignment

  • Stay ahead of emerging best practices in LLM-oriented content optimization and experimentation.

3. Blog & Content Strategy

  • Manage the Mindee blog as a core acquisition channel.

  • Define content topics and SEO briefs based on keyword research and audience insights.

  • Collaborate with internal experts and external writers to produce high-quality and SEO-optimized content.

  • Track content performance and iterate based on engagement and ranking metrics.

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital acquisition, growth, or SEO roles within a B2B tech company

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Hands-on experience with Webflow for website management and updates

  • Comfortable using design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar) to support basic visual needs

  • Proficient with GA4, Google Search Console, and Semrush (or equivalent SEO tools)
