Your goal: enable Million Victories to grow with the right people, while maintaining a high bar for recruitment quality.
Your key responsibilities:
Promote our employer brand: Boost Million Victories’ visibility and attractiveness with top talents. Collaborate with the Community Manager on content, tone of voice, channels, and develop partnerships with schools and targeted networks.
Drive recruitment strategy: Work with hiring managers to anticipate future needs, define hiring priorities, shape recruitment plans, and refine target profiles.
Source and attract great talent: Identify and activate the right sourcing channels for each profile. Use advanced sourcing techniques, build talent pools, and tailor your outreach to engage the right candidates.
Lead recruitment processes: Manage recruitment end-to-end with managers and stakeholders: briefings, interviews, coordination, follow-ups, candidate feedback - until the hire is finalized.
Continuously improve recruitment: Maintain a high-quality, smooth, and fair hiring process with the right tools (scorecards, interview guides, templates). Constantly improve both the candidate experience and the recruiter experience.
You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment (Talent Acquisition / Recruiter), ideally in dynamic environments.
You have prior experience in the tech sector.
You are fluent in French and English.
Experience in the video games industry (core games, mobile, F2P) is a plus.
Key skills:
Advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping).
Build and run structured, data-informed recruitment processes.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and drive hiring processes from A to Z.
Communicate with impact, show autonomy and take ownership.
Foster continuous improvement and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
