Job description

MISSIONS

  • Own all systems and tools related to TA to improve hiring quality, velocity and efficiency
  • Manage the full-cycle TA process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
  • Use data to optimize key reports and metrics - provide meaningful insights to the business by building and communicating reports for all TA activity
  • Optimize workflows and processes - map current processes, uncover bottlenecks, investigate the reasons behind inefficiencies, and refine or redesign them for quality and efficiency, always be on the hunt for improvements through new tools or procedures
  • Plan and execute MTS employment branding strategy, select and participate in recruiting events, meet-ups, job datings, define MTS communication as an employer both online and offline, create content for candidates to help them sail through MTS hiring process and onboarding
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to optimize budget and headcount management processes and reporting across our 3 business units both in Paris, Berlin and Washington DC, support onboarding of new employees
  • Partner with hiring managers to create a recruiting process that is streamlined, highly curated to create a best-in-class candidate experience and minimize biases
  • Support our Office Manager to schedule company-wide events and culture initiatives

Preferred experience

PREFERRED PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager with 2+ years as a recruiter (agency or internal)
  • Extensive operations experience managing systems, data, dashboards
  • Strong project management skills for recruitment life cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication both in French and English, ability to represent Metroscope on external events
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a varied workload, well-organized
  • An appetite for technology: you are always developing data driven solutions in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stakeholder management. You know that partnership leads to stronger outcomes, seek regular feedback from others to inform your strategies and points of view and strive to make those around you better. You can work with cross-functional teams to manage change
  • Kindness. You are human-centered. You treat others with kindness and respect, even when making difficult decisions or having difficult conversations
  • You are resilient and you get things done
  • An international experience is a plus
