MEGA's R&D team operates in Agile environment. We organize sprints of defined duration, with sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective.

Daily meetings are organized on a daily basis to ensure that no one encounters any difficulties in implementing their project. It lasts no more than 15 minutes.

All teams collaborate through Azure Devops, the central R&D tool for project management, customer case tracking and Git-based code repository management.

We schedule Weekly Townhalls for the full R&D team to communicate the latest news, present projects and topics in progress. Our culture is ownership-oriented.
