When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

How you’ll make an impact :

  • Deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions across product, payment, etc.
  • Lead key analytical projects and A/B tests to drive business growth.
  • Help build a strong data culture by mentoring peers and bringing clarity through data.
  • Build tools used either by the whole analytics community or by stakeholders.

    • We could be a match if :

  • You have minimum 4 years experience as a Data Analyst.
  • You are an expert in SQL and have some knowledge in Python.
  • You have experience in building dashboards with a data visualization tool.
  • You have a track record of successful collaborations with Product, Engineering or Project Managers.
  • You're curious, rigorous, proactive and open-minded.
  • You are fluent in english.
  • Working in the dating industry motivates you.

    • What’s the team like ?

  • You’ll report to the Director of Data & Analytics for Match& Meetic and join a collaborative, data-driven team of 5 members. 
  • We work closely with Product and Engineering teams to build reliable and impactful data tools. 

    • Interview Process :

  • A first 30-45 min Zoom conversation with Fatima-Ezzahra ABIDI (Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist).
  • A 60-90 min onsite meeting with Claire Guitton (Data & Analytics Director).
  • A 60 min onsite or Zoom interview with Marc Foissey (Sr. Director Finance & Analytics) and Belinda Seauve (Sr. People Manager).
