Due to our steady growth, we are now expanding our passionate & motivated CarCutter team to Bengaluru!

We are looking for a tech-savvy person who is open to working during European/American market hours to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and teams across a different time zone. This ensures our clients are onboarded quickly and efficiently to use our product.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the end-to-end onboarding/support process for new customers, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.

• Collaborating with Sales and CSM teams to understand customer requirements.

• Performing account configuration and integrations.

• Handling communication with third-party companies to ensure our product is well integrated into our customers' environments.

• Debug technical difficulties and perform root cause analysis

Skills Required:

• Technical Proficiency: API’s, CRM tools like HubSpot.

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking.

• Ability to empathize with customers and be able to provide preliminary root cause analysis.

• Knowledge base creation and management.
