We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up.

✨ Handle onboarding formalities for new joiners including documentation and induction.

✨ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

✨ Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation.

✨ Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

✨ Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and  team events.

✨ Prepare letters (offer, confirmation etc) and other HR documentation.

✨ Manage exit formalities and ensure compliance with HR policies.

✨ Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services and ensure timely processing of invoices and agreements

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with HRMS tools and basic HR compliance.

• Good organization & multitasking skills.

Qualifications:

📌Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

📌1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
