Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior C# / .NET Developer with a strong technical background to lead the development and integration of FX trading solutions. While expertise in the Orchestrade platform is highly desirable, we are primarily seeking a high-caliber engineer who can master complex vendor APIs and provide technical leadership within a fast-paced, agile culture.

Engineering & Mentoring

- Delivery Ownership: Take ownership of specific project deliveries, applying agile methodologies and project management skills where required.

- Quality Standards: Drive high engineering standards through continuous integration and DevOps practices.

Production & Support

- Level 3 Support: Provide expert-level support for production Orchestrade systems and connected FX IT platforms.

- System Controls: Ensure all developments comply with internal systems, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Environment & Skills

Essential Experience

- Expert C# / .NET: Substantial experience in software development with deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem

- Investment Banking: Prior experience working in a Front Office environment alongside traders, quants, or risk managers.

- Backend & Middleware: Strong understanding of SQL/RDBMS and messaging middleware. - Architecture : Solid grasp of service-oriented and micro-services design concepts.

Valued Technical Exposure (Desirable)

- Orchestrade: Strong experience with Orchestrade features, configurations, and APIs.

- FX Domain: Knowledge of FX Forward, Swap, NDF, and FX Options/Derivatives.

- Cross-Platform: Experience with C++, Java, or FIX protocol.

- Other Vendors: Familiarity with Calypso, Murex, or similar trade management products.

Why Join MARGO

Tier-1 Exposure: Work at the heart of FX Risk IT for a major global bank.

Technical Growth: Highly challenging assignments bridging vendor platform expertise and bespoke C# engineering.

Career Progression: Clear paths for technical leadership and architectural ownership.

Mentorship Culture: Benefit from and contribute to a high-quality peer-review and mentoring environment.
