Job description:

Join our learning team within the corporate teams to implement the learning strategy for L’Oréal Worldwide. In an international environment you will exchange with different stakeholders in Zones & countries. You will develop a high visibility in projects, as they are international projects.

Your missions will be:

  • Data analytics of learning activities
  • Project management on learning tools
  • Project management on learning processes
  • Framing of strategy of learning activations
  • Supporting PD&L worldwide teams on learning tools
  • Exchange with various stakeolders


With this apprenticeship you will develop:
  • Project management skills
  • Stakeholders’ management
  • Cooperation
  • Digital and tech tools


You are a student:
  • With a master’s degree in Business School / University
  • Looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
  • Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school.
  • Fluent in English or French

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.

If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
