As Digital Collaboration Manager you are part of the IT Operations Department and you will be responsible for the management of our Digital Workplace team, and you will improve the Microsoft O365 Tenant of Mantu Group (incl. MS Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive…).

You will be the IT project manager to centralize the group Knowledge base to SharePoint Online, and you will help us to improve our automation system of O365 to automate the whole employee’s account life cycle process.

As leader of the Digital Workplace team, you will contribute of the success of the implementation of our new Mobile Device Management “MDM”: Microsoft Intune, and be a key actor on our endpoint management and security improvement.

By joining our team, you will:

• Support, maintain and optimize the group O365 Tenant
• Define security policies, delegations, and licenses management for O365
• Implement monitoring system, alerting, and reporting for the group tenant
• Deploy Microsoft Intune on the group level, define endpoint configuration and enhance security policies
• Adapt our current provisioning system to automate all the life cycle of cloud user’s accounts
• Resolve incidents, implement, and participate on the problem resolutions
• Define and develop documentation and procedures
• Manage and coach your Team and help them to evolve on their own career path

The candidate should have the following competencies and skills:

• Strong analytical mind and confirmed project management skills are needed for this position
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services such as Azure AD, O365, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune…
• Good knowledge of on-premises Microsoft products
• Good communication skills in English
