Team rituals and events
Even though a lot of us work remotely, we make sure to spend some time together to nurture our Maki Culture through various rituals and events:
- Maki Team Lunch every Wednesday
- Maki Days twice a year: 2 days usually in or around Paris to discuss our learnings and our strategy and roadmap moving forward. Usually coupled with a nice event and night out :)
- Maki Camps twice a year: one in the winter, one in the summer. 3 days off-site to spend some time together during great outdoor activities and challenges, and to celebrate our successes!
- Christmas and summer parties
- Spontaneous gatherings!
