The position

Job description

As a Software Engineer, you will:

  • Build AI-native agents that support both recruiters and candidates across the entire talent lifecycle.

  • Scope and lead full-stack projects—from real-time LLM pipelines to ultra-fast recruiter interfaces.

  • Work closely with our Product, AI, and Design teams to turn complexity into delightful UX and real-world impact.

  • Continuously ship high-quality, well-monitored features with speed and ownership.

  • Explore and implement emerging technologies in LLMs, agentic systems, and vision models to push boundaries.

This is a rare opportunity to own massive pieces of infrastructure and product, shaping the foundation of a category-defining company.


Preferred experience

You might be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience building robust, scalable digital products in A-player teams.

  • Are comfortable with technologies like Node.JS, React, GraphQL, NestJS, TypeScript, and excited to learn fast where needed.

  • Are curious about Python, Pytorch, Langfuse, LLMs, and the agentic architecture powering the next wave of AI-native apps.

  • Move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and get things done with quality and pragmatism.

  • Think like an owner — whether the challenge is technical, product, or operational.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments with bold goals and tight feedback loops.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have shipped or contributed to AI-enabled products or ML infrastructure.

  • Are passionate about reshaping how companies hire, manage, and grow talent.


Recruitment process

We move fast — while making sure it’s a great match on both sides. Here’s what to expect:

  • Founder Interview – 45 minutes - Deep dive with our CPO, Ben, focused on vision, builder mentality, and your appetite to be part of a breakout company.

  • Coding challenge – 1 hour - You’ll work on a coding challenge together with two of our engineers, followed by a conversation around the way we build products.

  • Value fit – 30 minutes - Meet our CEO, Max, who will assess your fit with our values & our operating principles.

  • References checks - We would like to have a short conversation with 2 people you have worked closely with ; the more senior, the better.

  • Final Wrap-Up - An offer call (and ideally celebration!)
