Maki enables companies to build intelligent, science-backed hiring strategies that predict on-the-job performance. As AI inflates CVs and overwhelms talent teams, traditional screening has become slow, biased, and inconsistent. Maki replaces this with an integrated engine that evaluates every candidate, predicts success, and improves continuously. We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and scale Maki’s relationships with outsourcing firms and strategic consulting partners. Early pilots with leading global talent and advisory organizations have confirmed strong demand; your mission is to turn these proofs into predictable revenue motions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value partners, drive joint pipeline generation, and make Maki a trusted part of their hiring and delivery model.
This role reports directly to the CEO. You will engage regularly with senior executives across multibillion-dollar organizations and represent Maki in critical commercial and strategic discussions. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, structure complex programs, and ensure partners can sell, deliver, and advocate for Maki effectively.
This is a foundational role at a pivotal moment. By early 2026, Maki’s partnership strategy will move from validation to execution; you will take ownership of live partner relationships and build the systems that allow the channel to scale.
Own a portfolio of 5 to 10 RPO and consulting partners.
Lead joint pipeline generation, deal registration, and structured co-sell motions.
Maintain governance across contracts, incentives, and partner scorecards.
Build and run partner enablement programs including certifications, training, and playbooks.
Ensure partners can position, sell, and deliver Maki’s AI engine confidently.
Coordinate co-marketing such as events, webinars, and case studies.
Turn validated pilots into repeatable programs with clear KPIs.
Track partner-sourced ARR, influenced pipeline, and enablement adoption.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth to align on priorities and execution.
You will own some of Maki’s most strategic relationships and turn them into a scalable channel.
You will sit at the intersection of commercial, operational, and ecosystem strategy.
You will help define how Maki embeds into the workflows of global talent providers.
You will work directly with leadership and GTM teams during a moment of fast scale.
3 to 5 years in AI, SaaS, HR tech partnerships, enterprise account management, or consulting.
Proven ability to build or scale co-sell, referral, or channel programs.
Skilled at managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing senior executives; confident engaging directly with C-level leaders at large global organizations.
Structured and commercially minded; comfortable owning revenue targets and driving measurable outcomes.
Strong project management capabilities; able to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives with precision.
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills across executive, operational, and field teams.
Highly organized and rigorous; able to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving partnership motions.
Dynamic, hands-on, and resourceful; willing to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Curious and collaborative; motivated by building scalable systems and long-term partner success.
