The Founder (CTPO) Associate is the right-hand person to the co-founder of Maki & leader of our Tech organization.

The Associate will be a key player in orchestrating our product strategy, enhancing our market presence, engaging with our enterprise level customers, and spearheading the automation of our technology processes. This role is a unique blend of strategic planning, marketing acumen, client interaction, and technological innovation, directed at propelling our product to new heights. More specifically, you will:

• Act as the operational lead for the product strategy and planning, maintaining an effective planning cadence and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Partner closely with the Go-to-Market team to effectively communicate our technological achievements and product advancements, elevating our brand in the tech community.

• Play a pivotal role in the preparation and response processes for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from our enterprise customers, demonstrating our product’s strengths and addressing specific client needs.

• Seek out opportunities for process improvement and drive the adoption of automation tools and AI to enhance efficiency within the tech department, eliminating unnecessary manual tasks and facilitating better use of resources.

Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (2x45mins)

If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 45mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover : your experience, your soft skills and your questions

Whenever: 2 informal meetups

Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
