Most of their efforts are currently aiming at onboarding our (many) new clients and making sure that they know how to use MakiPeople to its fullest potential. As MakiPeople is gearing up for ever more exciting times, the team is also focusing on setting up our Customer and Candidate department, designing, improving and implementing our onboarding and care processes and tools.
As our clients renew and are fully set-up, we are building our Customer Success expertise to help them maximise MakiPeople’s impact, increase their satisfaction and help them get the most out of MakiPeople.
Your role will be multi-facetted and will impact multiple steps of the customer journey. We are detailing the full scope of the missions below. We will have an open conversation with you to prioritise among these various options to offer you the best learning experience.
Assist customers and candidates via email and chat and prioritise their requests through queue management primarily through Intercom (our client-facing tool)
Facilitate communication and product education through internal/external resources and develop our Help desk
Learn and maintain a deep expertise of Maki and best practices to provide ongoing value and support to our customers and candidates
Identify issues and find solutions that address the needs and delight our customers and candidates
Analyse, organise, and communicate customer feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Sales Teams

Whenever: 2-3 informal meetups ☕
Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
