As a BDR, you will:
• Drive top-of-funnel activity and own the first interaction with future enterprise clients.
• Research, prospect, and qualify high-potential accounts across TA, HRIS, Talent, and AI/Innovation teams.
• Experiment with outbound strategies: messaging, sequences, channels, and build what works.
• Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to refine ICP, outbound strategy, and account prioritization.
• Help build a repeatable motion in the U.S. and become a future leader in our GTM team.
You might be a strong fit if you:
Have 1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Are comfortable prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Are obsessed with learning: about AI, GTM, product, and customer pain points.
Are articulate, intellectually sharp, and excited to talk to C-level executives.

Have prospected into HR, Talent, People, or AI personas.
