The position

Job description

Location: London, UK

As a BDR, you will:

• Drive top-of-funnel activity and own the first interaction with future enterprise clients.

• Research, prospect, and qualify high-potential accounts across TA, HRIS, Talent, and AI/Innovation teams.

• Experiment with outbound strategies: messaging, sequences, channels, and build what works.

• Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to refine ICP, outbound strategy, and account prioritisation.

• Help build a repeatable motion in the U.S. and become a future leader in our GTM team.


Preferred experience

You might be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Feel confident prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts.

  • Are passionate about learning, whether it’s AI, GTM strategies, product, or customer pain points.

  • Communicate clearly, think critically, and enjoy engaging with C-level executives.

  • Want to be part of a fast-paced, high-ownership, no-fluff team with huge growth potential.

  • Speak both English and French fluently.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have prospected into HR, Talent, People, or AI personas.

  • Bring experience with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Have worked in a high-growth Series A/B startup environment, or are eager to.

    Screening with Isabel (RevOps) and Juliette (Founder’s Associate). A first conversation to get to know you and share more context on Maki and the role.

  • Case study + presentation - 60 min
    With Julien, our Chief Growth Officer. We’re assessing clarity, curiosity, storytelling, and enterprise instincts, not just polish.

  • Founder interview - 30 min
    Meet one of our founders to validate culture and values fit.

  • Final wrap-up
    Offer call (and ideally, a celebration!).
