About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to own Lynx Educate’s marketing across content, growth, PR, and events.
If you consider yourself a generalist marketer, who is excited by a full stack marketing role, this is for you.
This role will be responsible for engaging and attracting learners on our learning platform through strong content & story telling.
You’ll be elevating the Lynx CEO’s visibility in the social impact industry, while driving brand awareness and learnerengagement and growth.
This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role ideal for someone who is both a strong content creator and an effective marketer capable of managing multiple campaigns, outreach, PR, and events.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns & Operations
Run email newsletter end-to-end.
Create email sequences for engaging and acquiring new learners on the platform (promotion sequences, nurturing sequences, lifecycle sequences).
Support sales with decks, PDFs, event collateral, and reports.
Designing and optimising multi-touch lifecycle funnels
Running warm-up sequences, trigger logic, segmentation
Cohort analysis, drop-off analysis, and A/B testing
Improving click-to-signup and activation rates
Setting up and optimising WhatsApp, SMS, and push campaigns
2. Social Media Management
• Manage and publish Lynx CEO’s LinkedIn content
• Manage and publish content on Lynx’s company page
• Run social calendar, scheduling, and analytics reporting
• Engage with the social media community from both accounts.
• Create content for LinkedIn Newsletter
3. PR, Media & Podcast Outreach
• Maintain podcast booking and workflow processes.
• Build ongoing relationships with journalists & media outlets
• Write press releases, speaker profiles, and media kits
4. Events, Speaking & Conferences
• Research and pitch Lynx CEO for social impact events, awards, panels.
• Prepare speaker abstracts, applications, and follow-ups
• Manage Lynx’s quarterly dinner event. Create registration page, social media promotions, guest coordination over emails, reminders, etc.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (startup preferred)
Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
Email marketing & automation
Experience with Brevo
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable with direct outreach to organisers, podcasters, and journalists
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience securing podcast appearances, press, or speaking opportunities
Experience with LinkedIn audience growth and content strategy
Experience in user tagging, lists, workflows, and CRM hygiene
Experience setting up UTMs, tracking, attribution
Ability to build workflows in Brevo (events → triggers → journeys → scoring)
