Jeanne joined Lydia in September 2020 as Product Owner based at our global headquarters in Paris, as part of a one year work-and-study program with HEC and Ecole Polytechnique. After her graduation in Summer 2021, she decided to continue her adventure at Lydia for the long term.
As a business school student, Jeanne became passionate about Product Management during her internship at Skello, a B2B SaaS for HR planning where she was the 2nd employee in the Product team and got to learn all about the mindset and skills required.
She is now responsible for a vast range of features, in order to make Lydia’s positioning clear to every user. She also takes part in the structuration of the team, so that it can grow and have even more impact on Lydia, the product but also the company.
Alexandre joined Lydia as a CTO in January 2020. He’s managing all the engineering teams : infrastructure, software engineers, QA and data scientists. His main missions as a CTO is to provide the best technology to serve billions of transactions to tens of millions of users across Europe.
Prior to Lydia Alexandre has been working in many startups for the last 15 years. First as a software engineer until he started to manage teams of engineers as a VP of engineering and a CTO.
His particular skills are to stay very hands-on with the engineering teams, working with them on designing systems, making code reviews and sometimes, writing a few lines of go code.

With over 5 million active users and an impressive 5,000 new customers joining every day, Lydia aims to become one of Europe’s leading financial services organisations.
Founded in 2013, Lydia has been recognised as one of France’s most promising start-ups through its recent inclusion into the "Next 40" ranking.
After raising €112 million from investors in 2020, we have plans to accelerate our international deployment while continuing to offer additional innovative solutions in Europe. From top-security contactless mobile payment to a wide array of app-based services, Lydia puts its clients at the centre of the digital experience.
Lydia defines herself by the heterogeneity of her employees: a former radio director now responsible for keeping customers happy, a product manager or business developers cooking good lunches.
What unites these young talents is a fierce desire to design a perfect product, making the most of market opportunities and new technologies.
The result is a close-knit team, which continues to grow by surrounding itself with autonomous and rigorous people who love challenges and intellectual gymnastics.
At Lydia, all internal communications are in English.
Open-mindedness, high standards and humility are key principles.
Employees are thus encouraged to question everything, every day, and to share their discoveries with their co-workers.
