The position

Job description

Created in 2013, Lydia quickly became the reference for payment between friends. The French fintech has gained great notoriety for this feature and now has more than 7 million users. In recent years, Lydia has developed other services - pot, current account, common account, savings, credit, investment... to become the daily and complete payment application for millions of French people.

With 250 employees based in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Lyon, Lydia has set itself the task of changing the codes of the bank by offering all the essential services to manage your money on a daily basis through a simple, accessible and enjoyable customer experience.

 What you will do:

- Carry out the analysis and monitoring of sensitive client relationships and operations;

- Implement and control the various policies under the Compliance team’s responsibility : conflicts of interest, treat customer fairly, whistleblowing; key external providers etc...

- Contribute to the drafting of opinions for the various Committees and contribute to the drafting of opinions as part of the launch of new products or new activities;

- Assist and advise the professions on a daily basis in the implementation of regulatory provisions/operating methods;

- Develop, lead and participate in compliance training for business employees (regulatory training, new arrivals,etc…);

- Participate in the review and drafting of policies, procedures and operating methods applicable to the professions concerned.


You are in the right place if:

  • You have a master's degree in law, compliance or internal control ;
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years in a financial or banking environment ;
  • You are fluent in French and English ;
  • You are extremely rigorous and organized ;
  • Your oral and written expression is impeccable ;
  • You are very autonomous.
  • You have a good knowledge of financial regulations

  • And it’s a plus if:


  • You’ve already worked in a Fintech ;
  • You are passionate about innovation
