The position

Job description

1. Lead generation and qualification
Identify and qualify prospects across the luxury ecosystem using clienteling and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Evaboot and Lemlist.

2. Event and networking research
Identify high value industry events, conferences and summits. Assess speakers, timing and relevance for outreach. Help the team prepare and join selected industry fairs to represent the company and interact with industry leaders.

3. Strategic content mining
Use Luxurynsight platforms to extract insights for sales campaigns. Explore archives of insight reports, case studies and benchmarks. Build a clear index and surface key materials for prospection.

4. Weekly market intelligence brief
Track industry news and reports to resurface strategic content for target leads. Deliver concise briefs with key insights and target recommendations.

5. CRM hygiene and dashboarding
Keep our sales CRM clean and structured, including target companies, contacts and sales pipeline. Build simple dashboards to track lead flow, performance, conversion and weekly progress.


Preferred experience

We are looking for a structured, curious, and strategically minded master’s student in gap-year or end-of-studies, ready to dive into the luxury ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence and commercial strategy, prospecting C-level luxury executives in Marketing, Strategy, Insights, Pricing and Retail Development.
If you are organized, proactive and genuinely motivated by luxury markets, research and business development, this role gives you daily exposure to high level prospection, as part of the commercial team and in close collaboration with marketing, research, insights and data teams.
