Kovalee Kreators is a unique program and platform that connects content creators with briefs to produce UGC video ads that have helped scale 10 apps in under a year. On the Kreators platform, creators can browse briefs, submit videos, and earn instantly.

We are looking for an intern for 6 months. You'll join the Growth team in a hands-on role working directly with creators, supporting program operations, and contributing to the evolution of one of the most performance-driven UGC programs in the app marketing space.

What you'll work on:

  • Creator Management: Onboard and support content creators aligned with Kovalee Kreator’s mission, fostering long-term relationships and serving as their main contact.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee content strategy for Instagram and X, engage with the community, manage website updates, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Performance tracking and Data Analysis: Track key performance metrics, generate reports on content impact and program growth, and use insights to refine influencer strategies.
  • Brief Writing & Review: Contribute to campaign ideation, write clear and concise creative briefs, and review creator submissions to ensure alignment with objectives and quality standards.
  • Requirements

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and available for a 6-month full-time internship
  • You’re familiar with social media platforms, the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media, and curious to learn more
  • You have a creative spark and a good eye for what makes content trend and audiences engage
  • You’re super organized, great at juggling tasks, and confident managing multiple creator relationships at once
  • You know your way around CapCut (or a similar video editing tool) or you're eager to learn
  • You’re comfortable using Canva or other tools to create clean, eye-catching visuals
  • You’re confident with numbers and can dig into data to find useful insights
  • You’re passionate about tech and mobile apps - ideally, with are looking for someone a bit geeky :)
  • You’re a clear and confident communicator in English, both written and spoken
  • You’ve dabbled in community management, content creation, or influencer marketing
  • You’re based in Paris
