From Munich to Frankfurt: our expansion continues, and we’re hiring our first Account Executive to shape our next growth chapter.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager Germany, you will actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market.
To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with various Business Units at Lucca (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠?
▶ Search for new business opportunities by proactively leveraging your professional network, including active presence at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
▶ Develop high-impact prospecting strategies through LinkedIn, positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert within the German market.
▶ Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential opportunities generated through outbound initiatives and inbound leads in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
▶ You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction in:

You’re the right fit if you:
❏ You have a Bachelor / Master’s degree in sales or related field.
❏ Proven track record of success in full cycle sales in the German market,
preferably in a SaaS environment, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model company.
❏ Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we will
help you ;)
❏ You have very good communication skills both in writing and orally, to
communicate internally and represent the company in the country.
❏ You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly from
setbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.
❏ You like to work in an international team and in a good mood. Team spirit and
intellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.
❏ You are native German & fluent in English.
