Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities
Work in close coordination with line managers & business unit heads on each business unit skill matrix, develop the capacity development plan of their individual employees to close the skill-gap enabling them to carry out their jobs effectively,
Monitor and evaluate on training delivery performance, follow-up, and feedback from participants on a regular basis, and continuously improve the quality of training/learning programs in line with agreed quality standards and learning & development goals. Evaluate the effect of training/learning program and initiatives through measuring results and monitoring behavioral change,
Prepare and manage an annual learning & development budget ensuring that the budget is strictly adhered to; all the costs are controlled, and the expenditures are properly approved,
Integrate different learning modules such as coaching, classroom training, on-the-job training, online learning, networking, etc. to create sustainable learning experience,
Facilitate a variety of training programs ensuring culture, context, audience relevance, and maximum transfer of knowledge & skills. Be a trainer for selected training courses i.e. Leadership, and other soft skills,
Be responsible for overall Company Internship/Training Program. Works in close coordination with the target educational institutions as well as Company Communication Team to build future talent pool of the candidates for Linxens Thailand. This could be through Employer Branding Activities and other initiatives there might be,
Building culture and learning culture in organization
Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
Actively deploy, implement, promote and participate in global projects, i.e. WD, LMS, GoFluent, talent development strategies, dual career development, effective onboarding program, etc.
Promote Linxens EVP, branding to attract, retain talents via different tools and channels, i.e. attending university job fairs and building talent networking.
Independently manage the talent review cycle with effective follow up on the development activities of the identified talents.
Manage local, regional and global group workshops, teambuilding and events based on approved budget
