Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Amazon Project Lead to manage a premium portfolio of global brands. You will own the Amazon strategy end-to-end - from onboarding through continuous optimization - and contribute to the evolution of our tech platform. You will join a high-performing operations team and have the opportunity to bring your strategic and managerial vision.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Client Growth

  • Define and roll out the strategic roadmap for clients’ growth on Amazon (sales, visibility, acquisition, profitability).

  • Manage KPIs and performance indicators (advertising, sales, conversion, catalogs, profitability), produce detailed reports, and propose strategic recommendations.

  • Conduct regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc analyses to identify growth levers (ads, content, pricing, inventory, market, competition), and activate these levers.

Brand / Product Onboarding & Launch

  • Lead kick-off workshops to define the launch strategy: product selection, pricing, budget, competitive analysis, positioning.

  • Manage the onboarding of clients onto our internal SaaS platform (OmnyAI), ensuring deployment of catalogs, optimized listings and content, advertising campaigns.

  • Drive the end-to-end launch roadmap and ensure a smooth transition between commercial and operational teams.

Client Relations & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients (senior-level), act as their main contact for Amazon-related issues - ensure satisfaction, transparency, trust and retention.

  • Be accountable for operational excellence, quality deliverables, and responsiveness.

Management & Leadership (Senior Profile)

  • Supervise and mentor one or more teams (consultants, juniors, trainees), oversee onboarding of new team members.

  • Conduct regular feedback sessions: one-on-ones, performance reviews, quarterly and annual evaluations.

  • Participate in defining and improving internal processes, share best practices, and standardize agency workflows.

Continuous Improvement & Internal Collaboration

  • Relay feedback from clients and teams to our Product & Data departments, contribute to the evolution of our internal platform (new features, automation, tools, processes).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, tech, operations) to build integrated and coherent solutions, aligned with client needs and company roadmap.

Preferred experience

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in account management, project management or operations management in e-commerce / marketplaces / Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central).

  • Demonstrated experience managing Amazon projects (listings, advertising, logistics, optimization, reporting).

  • Managerial experience or strong aspirations to manage teams - ability to lead, train and motivate staff.

  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with data (Excel / analytics), ability to turn data into operational insights.

  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken), comfortable in an international environment.

  • Proactive spirit, strong organizational skills, autonomy, result-orientation, rigor.

  • Customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
