The position

Job description

We are looking for a senior international profile with strong experience in B2B SaaS, capable of structuring and leading a global editorial strategy covering:

  • multiple personas (IT / Marketing & Communications)

  • multiple markets (France, Europe, US)

  • multiple marketing objectives: brand, acquisition, nurturing, enablement

You will own the global narrative vision, the orchestration of the international editorial calendar, and the coherence of all content across every touchpoint (website, campaigns, social, media, enablement, sales assets…).

You play a key role in shaping the brand, powering acquisition, and building trust with prospects, customers and partners.

You will collaborate closely with:

  • Amandine, CMO → (global strategy, brand, PR, media)

  • Product Marketing Manager → (GTM, product messaging, ICPs, value propositions, use cases)

  • Acquisition Manager (full-funnel campaigns, paid, ABM, nurturing)

  • Brand Experience & Communication (communications, activations, design, social)

  • and you will work closely + manage Guillaume, Content & SEO Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and lead the global content strategy (Brand + Acquisition + Enablement)

  • Build a global, scalable, and coherent content system.

  • Translate business priorities into a multi-persona, multi-market editorial roadmap (France, Europe, US).

  • Define and manage the global editorial calendar, and orchestrate localization with internal and external teams.

  • Ensure a strong, consistent Letsignit tone of voice across all assets.

  • Define content performance KPIs and steer content strategy using analytics, insights, and data-driven decision-making.

2. Power acquisition & growth campaigns

  • Work closely with Acquisition Managers on full-funnel campaigns (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).

  • Produce key assets: landing pages, ad copy, nurture sequences, ABM-light content.

  • Manage SEO/GEO-driven growth by accompanying Guillaume and ensuring our positioning and conversion scale internationally.

  • Inject SEO/GEO/SEA insights from the Content Manager and Acquisition Managers directly into the editorial strategy.

3. Produce premium English-language content (strategic + operational)

  • Write high-quality English content: articles, ebooks, campaigns, video scripts, webinars, product announcements, guides, web pages, sales enablement.

  • Supervise content produced through AI, freelancers, and external studios.

  • Support Sales Enablement production & Sales teams with a strong message → argument → proof alignment.

  • Ensure consistency of the Letsignit tone of voice across all channels and territories.

5. Manage & orchestrate the Content function

  • Manage Guillaume (Content & SEO Manager): priorities, editorial quality, production, analytics.

  • Ensure cross-team alignment (Acquisition, Brand Experience, PMM, Sales).

Preferred experience

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in Content / Brand / Editorial Strategy

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in an international scale-up

  • Ability to build a global content strategy across personas and markets

  • Excellent writing, editing & copywritting skills in native or near-native English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing & campaigns

  • Experience working closely with PMM, Sales & Acquisition teams

  • Natural storyteller with a keen eye for design and aesthetics

  • Strong AI literacy & ability to operate augmented content workflows

  • Editorial leadership — able to drive and defend a narrative vision

  • Strong analytical skills

Bonus

  • Experience in multi-country or international organizations

  • Experience managing creatives, writers, or content teams

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Figma)

  • Notion Project Management

  • Speaks French

✨ What Success Looks Like

  • Letsignit develops a clear, recognizable narrative—consistent in voice, tone, and intent across all markets (France, Europe, US).

  • The brand makes people feel something: trust, clarity, relevance, and the sense that we deeply understand the challenges of IT and Marketing teams.

  • Content becomes a performance engine, not a deliverable: it inspires, educates, convinces, and accelerates decisions.

  • Our campaigns hit harder, because messaging, narrative, and content work together—full funnel, multi-territories, multi-personas.

  • Every touchpoint feels aligned—from the website to sales scripts, from nurture to in-product content. One story, one voice, one intention.

  • Sales and PMM operate faster, with content that sharpens arguments, simplifies value props, and strengthens proof.

  • SEO/GEO content scales internationally, strengthening our positioning and driving consistent inbound intent across regions.

  • Internal teams feel equipped and empowered, because content becomes a shared language between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Brand Experience.

  • Letsignit evolves from a “signature manager” to a category-defining brand that elevates employee communication and shapes how companies activate their people at scale.
