Job description

Own and grow revenue across EMEA by running full-cycle sales (prospecting → closing), with a strong focus on outbound for Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts.

1) Outbound revenue (70%)

  • Build and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn, partners, events).

  • Identify and qualify target accounts (ICP), trigger events, and buying signals.

  • Run strong discovery calls with IT + Marketing stakeholders and lead compelling demos.

  • Build business cases (TCO/ROI), handle objections, and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and close deals (procurement, long cycles, multi-entity deployments).

2) Inbound pipeline (30%)

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify them (fit, need, timeline).

  • Convert inbound interest into structured sales cycles and predictable revenue.

  • Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.

3) Deal management & forecasting

  • Own your pipeline in CRM (Salesforce): hygiene, next steps, close plans, forecast accuracy.

  • Maintain a clear account plan for strategic opportunities.

  • Ensure strong handoff to Customer Success and drive successful adoption.

4) Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on messaging, sequences, and campaign feedback loops.

  • Work with Product/Support/CS to unblock technical questions (Microsoft 365, deployment models, security).

  • Develop partner-sourced pipeline where relevant (resellers, MSPs, Microsoft ecosystem).

Preferred experience

  • 2–6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (full-cycle closing).

  • Proven outbound success (building your own pipeline, not just “working leads”).

  • Comfortable selling to multiple personas (IT, Security, Marketing, Comms, Procurement).

  • Strong discovery skills: you ask the right questions and you listen.

  • Clear, concise communication in writing and in calls.

  • Organized and data-driven (pipeline discipline, forecasting).

  • Fluent English required (French is a plus). Additional languages are a plus.
