Internship description
As part of our strategic ambition, we are developing Gnosis Academy, an internal training academy designed to engage, train, and support our teams. Hosted on the Group's Learning Management System (CROSSKNOWLEDGE), this academy is structured around four key pillars:
To support the growth, enrichment, and visibility of Gnosis Academy, we are seeking an Instructional Design Intern (M/F). The selected candidate will be jointly guided by the Global HRBP of Gnosis and the Learning & Capabilities Specialist of Groupe Lesaffre, ensuring both strategic and technical input throughout the internship.
Your main responsibilities
Embedded in our multicultural team and collaborating with various departments (HR, Marketing, Digital&Data, Scientific Affairs, etc.), you will be involved in the following tasks:
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Year 1 or 2) in Instructional Design, Education Sciences, or Competency Development Management.

This internship is to start in February 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
