Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Experience coordinator Intern to join the Digital Experience and Open Innovation team. This role will support our digital experience initiatives focused on enhancing engagement within our digital, data & tech communities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital content creation, community management, and event organization while contributing to our mission of fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist in developing digital content for internal platforms including intranet articles, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Help maintain an organized content calendar and schedule publications
  • Support the creation of visual assets for digital communications

Community Management:

  • Help animate digital, data & tech thematic communities by drafting posts and updates
  • Monitor community engagement and compile feedback
  • Support the organization of virtual meetups and knowledge-sharing sessions

Event Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of corporate events
  • Help with logistics, communication materials, and participant engagement
  • Document events through photos, videos, and post-event summaries

Measurement and Analysis:

  • Collect data on digital communication performance metrics
  • Assist in preparing reports on engagement and reach
  • Help identify trends and insights to improve future communications

Collaboration:

  • Work with the Corporate Communication team
  • Liaise with various departments to gather content and ensure consistent messaging
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to digital, data & tech communications

Preferred experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience or academic projects in digital communications or social media management
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English and French. One of the interviews for the position will be in full english
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, content management systems, and social media tools
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Interest in technology, digital transformation and innovation
