Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst.

This role combines expertise in data analysis with a strong focus on data stewardship to deliver actionable insights and maintain high-quality data across business systems. You will be responsible for developing and delivering dashboards, consolidating insights from various data sources, and ensuring the accuracy, enrichment, and governance of customer and product data.

Your work will empower stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, improve business performance, and promote customer-centricity across the organization. You will work closely with the Digital & Data Project Manager, the key business stakeholders from the different departments, such as Finance, Supply, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and the Data & Tech Factory Team, and will have the following responsibilitie :

BI / Data Visualization Coordination:

  • Act as a central point of contact to harmonize efforts between teams, identifying opportunities to leverage shared views, needs, methodologies, and insights for greater efficiency and impact
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing, minimizing redundancies, promoting the adoption of best practices, and empowering a unified approach to analytics and BI.
  • Collaborate in building the general data/BI roadmap to leverage the Data Platform capabilities to secure data and automate data updates
  • Work on the future of Data Visualization and Business Intelligence (BI), leveraging Gen AI and AI capabilities in general.

Empower BI Adoption & Engagement:

  • Become the BI Platforms Referent for the BU and ensure operational coordination with the Data & Tech Factory, collaboration, and alignment on best practices.
  • Actively promote and facilitate the adoption of BI / Data Visualization tools across the organization to foster engagement and familiarity.
  • Train and support local and functional teams to maximize the use of BI platforms, fostering a culture of data empowerment.
  • Gather feedback and usage insights from collaborators to iterate and improve BI tools centrally, ensuring the solutions meet all levels of the organization’s needs.
  • Measure and Share KPIs Adoption.

Customer & Business Dashboards Development and maintenance:

  • Update, maintain, and develop the current “Business Dashboard” and enable stakeholders to make data-informed decisions with clear and up-to-date data visualization.
  • Design, develop, and implement BI Dashboards to monitor KPIs and address the different business/ functional needs, such as purchasing, supply, sales funnel, operations, marketing activities …
  • Design and develop dashboards to monitor the sales funnel performance and the customer behavior with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as opportunities, visits, leads, including lost/won analysis, loyalty trends, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Design and deliver a dashboard allowing the analysis of the customer journey across all touchpoints (from lead to customer requests, through order delivery).
  • Design and develop dashboards to support Competitive Intelligence in visualizing strategic data & insights (external data sources).
  • Provide actionable insights thanks to BI solutions such as Power BI or Tableau, by mixing various sources of data to support strategic decision-making and operational execution.

Data Stewardship Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the stewardship of product-related data populated by the functions such as customer service or operations in MDM systems (or other, e.g., PIM), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • Oversee the stewardship of customer-related data populated by the functions such as Customer Service or Sales within MDM systems, CRM, or ERP, maintaining a centralized and trustworthy source of truth.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of customer and product data across systems (e.g., CRM, MDM, Financial Software, ERP, PIM…) to support reporting and operational processes.
  • Data Quality: Monitor and improve data quality across business systems, identify and address inaccuracies or discrepancies, participate in establishing new processes, and guidelines to be implemented.
  • Data Enrichment: Enrich datasets by incorporating additional insights and external data sources to provide a deeper understanding of products, customers, and business outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Project: participate actively in the data governance project, data domains restructuring to successfully execute data-related solutions.

Preferred experience

You have :

  • A Business / Engineering School or University degree (Bac+5) / A master’s degree or equivalent certification in BI, Data Management, or Data Science is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally with experience in the context of a Digital & Data transformation within a multinational company.
  • A Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, align BI initiatives at the BU level, and foster synergies between central and local teams.
  • A forward-looking approach to leveraging analytics and data stewardship for organizational success.
  • A desire and ability to empower teams through knowledge-sharing and BI adoption best practices.
  • A passion for improving customer satisfaction and business outcomes using data-driven strategies. 

Technical and professional skills:

  • Proficiency with leading BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality best practices, and enrichment processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience creating customer-centric performance analyses to drive satisfaction and revenue.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of querying databases using SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B and/or industry sector is a plus.
