We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst.
This role combines expertise in data analysis with a strong focus on data stewardship to deliver actionable insights and maintain high-quality data across business systems. You will be responsible for developing and delivering dashboards, consolidating insights from various data sources, and ensuring the accuracy, enrichment, and governance of customer and product data.
Your work will empower stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, improve business performance, and promote customer-centricity across the organization. You will work closely with the Digital & Data Project Manager, the key business stakeholders from the different departments, such as Finance, Supply, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and the Data & Tech Factory Team, and will have the following responsibilitie :
