Within the DevOps Center of Excellence of a major international bank, you will contribute to the large-scale implementation and industrialisation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, leveraging Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Main Responsibilities:

• Support ITOps teams in their onboarding onto Terraform Enterprise and Ansible Automation Platform.

• Design and maintain standardised infrastructure models for application teams.

• Ensure consistency, compliance, and governance of deployments across cloud and on-premise environments.

• Contribute to defining and evolving the enterprise-level DevOps strategy.

• Communicate and translate complex technical challenges to diverse audiences: IT teams, domain leads, and top management.

• Provide training, guidance, and best practices around IaC automation and governance.

Skills needed for the role:

• Proven expertise in Terraform Enterprise, including large-scale deployments, workspace management, policy enforcement, module design, and RBAC.

• Strong experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including Controller, Hub, Execution Environments, and role-based access control.

• Excellent ability to communicate, synthesise, and explain complex technical concepts.

• Pedagogical mindset, with a talent for enabling and aligning teams around DevOps principles.

• Comfortable addressing both top management and operational IT teams.

• Previous experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance environments is a strong plus.

• Terraform Enterprise certification is highly valued.
