THE POSITION:
Based in Paris (headquarter) or remotely in Hamburg, you will be part of the Account Executive team.
Your role will consist to sell our marketplace payment solution to prospects based in the DACH region (Germany / Netherlands / Austria) and in eastern Europe (Baltics countries).
Your prospects will be decision makers looking for the best payment solution for their marketplace (CEO, CTO, CPO, COO). Your role will be to convert them into partners and build with them the right payment solution (consultative selling, long sales cycle, tailored support…).
You will also rely on the different departments of Lemonway to propose the most relevant payment solution to your prospects (Product, Tech, Compliance).
In this context, you will be required to:
Identify the most promising marketplaces and target prospects with the SDR team (hunting)
Accompany customers throughout the sales process (selling, negotiating, closing, contracting…)
Achieve your contract closing goals
Follow the technical integration of the solution until the first payment flows
Keep your pipeline up to date in Salesforce
This position will give you the opportunity to explore the European Fintech ecosystem and work with Lemonway’s strategic partners !
YOUR PROFILE:
You have, at least, 5 years of experience in business development or key account management in BtoB / complex sales
You have very good interpersonal skills and know how to address decision makers
You know how to create, develop, and operate a network to successfully complete your sales
You know how to drive a CRM like Salesforce and know how to be rigorous in your reporting
You are autonomous, curious, and creative
You speak German and English fluently, French is a plus
You are willing to learn and want to join an ambitious team

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
1) HR Interview
If your profile is selected, you will have a first interview with Jean-Baptiste, Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your motivations regarding the position.
2) Hiring Manager Interview
Then you will have a second interview with Vincent, Team Lead Sales and direct manager. During this interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss the missions and expectations of your role within the company.
3) Business Case
During this stage, you will have few days to prepare a business case to present to the team. This will allow us to interact with you and understand your selling skills.
4) VP + Team interview
During these last interviews, you will have the opportunity to meet Martin-Pierre, Chief Commercial Officer, and members of the team.
