We are now looking for a Freelance Instructional Designer based in APAC to support client projects.

🎯 Responsibilities

Working closely with our Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams, you will contribute to the full learning content production cycle.

Instructional Design

• Analyze existing client documentation and business processes

• Identify user learning needs and propose pedagogical structures

• Transform complex workflows into clear step-by-step learning experiences

• Design interactive guides using the Lemon Learning platform

Content Production

• Write structured, user-focused learning content

• Adapt tone and complexity to different user audiences

• Ensure clarity, consistency and pedagogical quality

Client Collaboration

• Join selected client and prospect calls to understand business needs

• Provide pedagogical recommendations

• Contribute to continuous improvement of content standards

👤 Profile

We are looking for autonomous, detail-oriented professionals with strong instructional design skills.

Experience

• Experience as Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Technical Writer or Content Designer

• Experience in SaaS, digital learning, software training or change management environments preferred

• Freelance or remote collaboration experience strongly valued

Skills

• Excellent written English (mandatory)

• Ability to simplify complex technical topics

• Strong structured writing skills

• High attention to detail

Nice to have

• UX writing or content design background

• Basic HTML / CSS knowledge

• Experience with enterprise software (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
