Job description

About us 👇🏼

lemlist is the sales engagement platform that gives sales teams the unfair advantage they deserve.

Bootstrapped since day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $35M ARR in 6 years, without raising a single dollar.

Today, we’re a profitable B2B SaaS valued at $150M, trusted by 40,000+ sales teams worldwide to book more meetings and close more deals.

The role: Website Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Website Manager to own the roadmap and performance of lemlist.com and claap.com, and turn both into high-impact acquisition and brand engines.

Your mission: continuously improve our web experience across UX, messaging, design, and conversion.

You’ll sit between Product Marketing and Growth, treating the website as a product, iterating fast, experimenting often, and ensuring every page feels clear, on-brand, and built for performance.

You will report to the VP of Growth.

Core success metrics:

  • Frequency & quality of experiments

  • Page delivery velocity

  • Conversion rate improvements (visitors → signups/demos)

  • Consistency & quality of brand experience

What you’ll do

Website ownership & execution

  • Define and execute the website roadmap for lemlist.com and claap.com.

  • Manage day-to-day updates, launches, improvements, and QA.

  • Own the CMS (Storyblok): clean structure, reusable components, and smooth delivery.

  • Build the workflow for localization: AI translation → native review → CMS integration.

Performance, UX & experimentation

  • Run ongoing experiments across homepage, pricing, and product pages.

  • Identify friction and opportunities using analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior.

  • Propose improvements in UX, messaging, structure, and speed.

  • Ideate and implement conversion levers (interactive demos, pop-ups, layout variants).

Content & design alignment

  • Build new pages directly in the CMS using components.

  • Translate design into clean, performant CMS builds.

  • Challenge copy, visuals, and storytelling to improve clarity and relevance.

  • Ensure consistent brand experience across all pages.

Collaboration

  • Work with PMM, Growth, Design, and Engineering to keep the roadmap aligned and ship key projects

  • Draft specifications when needed and unblock contributors..

  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and major updates across teams.

Your first year at lemlist

Months 1–3: Learn and take ownership

  • Master Storyblok, components, and website architecture.

  • Identify quick wins, content gaps, and UX friction.

  • Start shipping improvements & new pages fast.

  • Set up basic website process (requests → design → build → QA → release).

  • Set up translation process

→ Objective: early measurable impact + fast iteration velocity.

Months 3–6: Improve and iterate

  • Start a recurring experimentation cadence.

  • Update and simplify navigation based on user behavior.

  • Clarify a predictable process for translations and content updates.

→ Objective: consistent shipping + noticeable conversion improvements.

Months 6–12: Scale and optimize

  • Turn the website into a predictable, high-performing acquisition lever.

  • Build and maintain a long-term roadmap aligned with Growth and PMM.

  • Push brand experience to a higher standard across UX, design, and storytelling.

→ Objective: clear, measurable impact on conversion to free trial

Who you are

  • You come from one of these backgrounds:

    • Growth (CRO, experimentation)

    • Product Marketing / Marketing

    • Website / Delivery / Web project management

    • Growth engineering (CMS, automation, systems)

  • Product-oriented → you prioritize, structure, and iterate.

  • Messaging-driven → you know how to turn product value into clear website copy.

  • Experiment-driven → you form hypotheses and measure impact.

  • Conversion-aware → you understand user psychology and page intent.

  • Technical enough → no coding required, but strong CMS and component fluency.

  • Design-aware → you recognize good UX and consistency.
