We’re looking for a Website Manager to own the roadmap and performance of lemlist.com and claap.com, and turn both into high-impact acquisition and brand engines.
Your mission: continuously improve our web experience across UX, messaging, design, and conversion.
You’ll sit between Product Marketing and Growth, treating the website as a product, iterating fast, experimenting often, and ensuring every page feels clear, on-brand, and built for performance.
You will report to the VP of Growth.

Frequency & quality of experiments
Page delivery velocity
Conversion rate improvements (visitors → signups/demos)
Consistency & quality of brand experience
Define and execute the website roadmap for lemlist.com and claap.com.
Manage day-to-day updates, launches, improvements, and QA.
Own the CMS (Storyblok): clean structure, reusable components, and smooth delivery.
Build the workflow for localization: AI translation → native review → CMS integration.
Run ongoing experiments across homepage, pricing, and product pages.
Identify friction and opportunities using analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior.
Propose improvements in UX, messaging, structure, and speed.
Ideate and implement conversion levers (interactive demos, pop-ups, layout variants).
Build new pages directly in the CMS using components.
Translate design into clean, performant CMS builds.
Challenge copy, visuals, and storytelling to improve clarity and relevance.
Ensure consistent brand experience across all pages.
Work with PMM, Growth, Design, and Engineering to keep the roadmap aligned and ship key projects
Draft specifications when needed and unblock contributors..
Communicate priorities, timelines, and major updates across teams.
Months 1–3: Learn and take ownership
Master Storyblok, components, and website architecture.
Identify quick wins, content gaps, and UX friction.
Start shipping improvements & new pages fast.
Set up basic website process (requests → design → build → QA → release).
Set up translation process
→ Objective: early measurable impact + fast iteration velocity.
Months 3–6: Improve and iterate
Start a recurring experimentation cadence.
Update and simplify navigation based on user behavior.
Clarify a predictable process for translations and content updates.
→ Objective: consistent shipping + noticeable conversion improvements.
Months 6–12: Scale and optimize
Turn the website into a predictable, high-performing acquisition lever.
Build and maintain a long-term roadmap aligned with Growth and PMM.
Push brand experience to a higher standard across UX, design, and storytelling.

Growth (CRO, experimentation)
Product Marketing / Marketing
Website / Delivery / Web project management
Growth engineering (CMS, automation, systems)
Product-oriented → you prioritize, structure, and iterate.
Messaging-driven → you know how to turn product value into clear website copy.
Experiment-driven → you form hypotheses and measure impact.
Conversion-aware → you understand user psychology and page intent.
Technical enough → no coding required, but strong CMS and component fluency.
Design-aware → you recognize good UX and consistency.
Detail-oriented, autonomous, organized, and fluent in English.
