lemlist is the sales engagement platform that gives sales teams the unfair advantage they deserve.
Bootstrapped since day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $35M ARR in 6 years, without raising a single dollar.
Today, we’re a profitable B2B SaaS company valued at $150M, trusted by 40,000+ sales teams worldwide to book more meetings and close more deals.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how we position and communicate lemlist’s product, turning every feature launch into adoption and revenue growth.
Your mission: make sure every product innovation drives real business impact: more signups, higher activation, stronger retention, while building credibility with our sales audience.
This is a high-impact role within our Marketing team, working directly with our CMO and Product team, and collaborating closely with a strong PMM peer and the Growth team.
You’ll be in the driver’s seat to shape lemlist’s narrative, orchestrate GTM launches, and scale product adoption.
Narrative & Positioning → Work with PMs to define the why behind each feature, and turn it into compelling stories and use cases that resonate with sales teams.
GTM Orchestration → Plan and execute go-to-market launches across multiple channels, aligning Product, Growth, and Marketing to maximize adoption.
Content & Assets → Own key product marketing deliverables: product pages, newsletters, launch kits, clients success stories, competitive benchmarks, and internal enablement docs.
Market & Product Expertise → Be the in-house expert on product, industry trends, and competitors to sharpen our positioning.
→ Check out practical examples of GTM plans and assets here ←

Months 3–6
Lead and own GTM for major feature launches, from narrative to distribution, with strong acquisition a/o adoption KPIs
Independently create content such as product pages, playbooks, email campaigns, Social Media posts, and video scripts (youtube long form, ad shorts, looms for users...)
Ideally based in Paris. Open to candidates based in France, as long as you can join the team in Paris once a month.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Experienced → You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in product marketing ideally with proven GTM success.
Storyteller & Strategist → You know how to turn features into simple, compelling narratives, positioning them as tools that help sales teams replicate proven success.
Hands-on Marketer → You’re equally comfortable defining positioning and writing product pages or newsletters.
Product-curious → You love digging into features, testing workflows, talking to customers and keeping tabs on competitors.
Collaborative → You thrive at working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Marketing.
