  2. Personal Branding with Taplio & Tweet Hunter, generating $5M ARR

lempire is a highly ambitious company that aims to become a world-class giant in the Sales Tech space.
Our mantra: Keep growing – and we live by it every day.

The mission

We are looking for a talented Product & Brand Designer for our Personal Branding Entity.

Your mission: craft seamless, intuitive, and visually bold user experiences that drive product excellence and support the brand’s digital presence for Taplio and Tweet Hunter.

You'll help shape our core product design and brand presence across marketing channels. Your work will span from product features to conversion-focused landing pages.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Lead, Engineers, Marketing and growth teams, and the General Manager to bring ideas to life, iterate quickly, and make a lasting impact.

The Personal Branding Entity is operating as a startup inside lempire.
You’ll be the only Product & Brand designer for the entity, but you will be able to have regular contacts and exchanges with the global lempire Design team.

You'll be reporting to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

🧩 Product Design (Primary Scope)

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across web apps and our Chrome extension.

  • Create high-fidelity mockups, flows, and interactive prototypes.

  • Translate product specs into clean, functional, and delightful interfaces.

  • Continuously improve UX across the product based on user feedback, research, and data.

  • Maintain and evolve our design system (components, styles, patterns).

  • Collaborate closely with developers for seamless handoffs and iterations.

  • Apply accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.

🎨 Brand & Marketing Design (Digital-Only)

  • Own the visual design of our marketing websites (e.g., taplio.com, tweethunter.io).

  • Design and iterate on landing pages, growth experiments, and conversion-driven layouts.

  • Create digital assets for campaigns: emails, ads, social media, product launches.

  • Ensure visual consistency and alignment across all marketing and brand touchpoints.

  • Adapt quickly for A/B tests, experiments, and marketing needs.

Why this role rocks

  • High-impact role: Your designs will shape both product and brand experiences seen by thousands.

  • Dual scope: The perfect mix of UX precision and creative brand expression.

  • Startup speed: You’ll ship fast, learn faster, and iterate constantly.

  • Autonomy: You’ll own projects end-to-end and help define what great design looks like here.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Product and/or UI Design (SaaS strongly preferred).

  • Strong portfolio of product design work (with UX/UI and visual polish).

  • Experience designing for web apps (desktop-first) and understanding of Chrome extension UX.

  • Ability to jump between product-focused and brand/growth-focused design tasks.

  • Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools.

  • Solid grasp of accessibility and responsive design principles.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and excited to own projects from idea to launch.

  • Fluent in English (Multicultural team + US / UK user base)

  • Collaborate directly with:

    • Product Lead
