We’re now looking for a Head of Coaching Program to build and scale our Lemcoach initiative — a new strategic lever to reduce churn and strengthen retention at scale.

Lemcoach is a 1:1 coaching program designed to help our customers master outbound fundamentals: better deliverability, sharper messaging, and higher reply rates. After a successful pilot, we’re now ready to scale it.

This is a high-impact role inside the Growth team. Growth will own the distribution and sales of the coaching program, and your mission will be to own everything that happens after the deal is signed: operations, delivery, quality, and results. Freelancers are already ready to work — your job is to turn this into a smooth, scalable machine.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Lemcoach program end-to-end after signing → build the operational backbone that allows us to deliver thousands of coachings in 2026.

  • Manage a pool of 10+ freelancers (already sourced) → onboard, schedule, and ensure consistent delivery at scale.

  • Ensure delivery quality → standardize the playbook, define SLAs, monitor satisfaction and impact on performance.

  • Coordinate with Growth, CS, and Product to align coaching delivery with revenue and churn goals.

  • Track KPIs (coaching volume, satisfaction, retention uplift, churn impact) and continuously optimize processes.

  • Build repeatable systems to make Lemcoach a scalable retention engine.

Your first year at lemlist

Months 1–3: Learn & structure

  • Take ownership of all Lemcoach operations.

  • Build internal processes, coach onboarding, quality checks, and reporting.

  • Deliver ~100 coachings/month with the existing freelancer pool.

    👉 Objective: deliver early operational impact and build a clean foundation.

Months 3–6: Optimize & scale

  • Scale the freelancer pool activity to support ~150 coachings/month.

  • Implement SLAs and reporting to make delivery predictable and measurable.

  • Strengthen alignment with Growth and CS teams.

    👉 Objective: build a stable, scalable delivery machine.

Months 6–12: Scale & impact

  • Scale to 250–300 coachings/month with high quality and predictable outcomes.

  • Optimize freelancer performance and playbook.

  • Contribute directly to measurable churn reduction.

    👉 Objective: turn Lemcoach into a strategic retention lever.

Who you are

  • You’re an outbound expert — you live and breathe outbound strategies, sequences, deliverability, and performance.

  • You’ve built or scaled your own agency or outbound operation, and you know exactly what it takes to turn a few processes into a real machine.

  • You think in systems, not tasks — playbooks, SOPs, and scalable delivery are second nature to you.

  • You know how to lead freelancers and operators, keep quality high, and move fast without losing control.

  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where nothing is fully built yet — and you love being the one to build it.

  • You’re not here to just follow a process — you’re here to design and scale it.

  • You don’t need to coach clients yourself, but you know what great outbound looks like and can make sure it’s delivered consistently.
