As the Founder Associate at lempire, your primary mission is to build the world’s largest content machine for entrepreneurs.

As the right-hand creator to Guillaume, our CEO & Founder at lempire, you will be responsible to create unique, high-quality and actionable content strategies to help businesses to grow.

Your writings will encompass topics such as growth, startups, marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and HR.

Key results

Within 3 months you will have

• Develop an in-depth understanding of lempire content, SaaS industry and Profit-Led growth model

• Established a content strategy and calendar for all platforms

• Produced and published at least 20 pieces of high-quality content across various channels

Within 12 months you will have

• Successfully built and scaled the content machine, producing over 150 pieces of content

• Expanded the reach of our content, achieving a 100% growth in overall audience engagement

• Launched the best business masterclass for B2B businesses

• Positioned lempire and Guillaume personal brand as a top 1 thought leader in the entrepreneurial space

🎯 Preferred experience

• 2y+ experience in startups, Venture Capital, finance, and consulting, especially in the SaaS sector

• Strong business & financial acumen with a passion for startups and a deep understanding of the ecosystem

• Experience in content creation & copywriting strategy is a strong plus

• Ability to think fast, smart, and sharp

• Strong drive and motivation to work on impactful projects

• Exceptional writing speed without compromising on quality

• Bilingual or 100% fluent in English
