The position

Job description

As a Partnerships Manager, you will help us manage, develop and evolve our partnership strategy across Paris. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our current partner companies (+300) and developing new partnerships to help our students find opportunities (jobs, accelerators, freelance assignments…) upon graduation.

You will directly report to Rich our VP Outcomes and Edouard, our Paris General Manager. You will work closely with the Career and Product teams.

Your Responsibilities 🧑‍💻

  • Expand Le Wagon’s hiring partner network with different startups and scale-ups in Paris, prospecting recruiters and TA Managers and managing inbound requests
  • Nurture our Hiring Partners through our hiring newsletter, updating them of upcoming opportunities our alumni to hire
  • Connect with our alumni community to ensure our talent pool is kept up to date and they are aware of hiring events
  • Run hiring events with our existing partners to showcase their companies and get direct access to our alumni
  • Post regular job opportunities from the market and our hiring partners to our recent alumni to support their job search
  • Help our Careers Manager plan career week filled with relevant talks by providing contacts from our hiring partners
  • Engage with incubators, accelerators and freelance organisations to support our Founder and Freelancer community via events, workshops and perks

Preferred experience

Experience : 2+ year of experience in a Business Development, Partnerships or Recruitment role with a good network across Paris startups specifically
Languages: You speak both French and English fluently
Relationship skills: you love to make new connections and ideally have a network of tech companies in Paris. Your are a good public speaker
Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy, in a hyper-growth context
Project Management: You are organised, rigorous and reliable, you have a real attention to details and love to automate and manage several projects at the same time
Communication: You have a proven successful experience in communicating and collaborating in a fast-paced international environment

  • Final round of interview with our Paris Manager (Edouard) and VP Outcomes (Rich)
