The position

Job description

Le Mans Endurance Management is specialized in motorsport championships organisation all over the world, especially the FIA World Endurance Championship, the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC) and Ligier European Series (LES).

Main missions on site:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival to the venue and promoting the ELMS championships

  • Selling and preparing accreditation/car pass on site

  • Assisting and informing the stakeholders (teams, partners, service providers) with inquiries regarding the event.

  • Supporting the ELMS organization during the starting and podium procedures

  • Setting up and dismantling work areas

  • Maintaining a tidy and organized lobby area


Preferred experience

Skills:

  • Experience in event coordination

  • Strong collaboration skills connecting with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Comfortable with political relationships

  • Requirement for details and well-done job

Fundamental:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential

  • Onsite participation at 6 events in Europe during the year, each event representing at least one week of travel
