Job Description

Reporting to an experienced Product Manager, you will work closely with Business Owners (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Finance) and all functions from the Tech & Product Team (Product designers, fellow POs, Software Engineers, QA testers).

✨ Your key missions

• Contribute to the Discovery phase of key projects: user research, benchmark, quantitative analysis, etc

• Collect and synthetize pain points and needs, co-design solutions and translate them into functional specifications

• Work hand in hand with a Product Designer to uncover problems and opportunities and craft elegant solutions

• Drive the delivery of new features, from specifications to deployment, working daily with the Software Engineers of your team

• Ensure the efficiency of delivery and quality of the released features

• Be the voice of the Users and embody the Product across the organization

• You are fluent in English and French

• You have at least two years of experience (internship included) in a Product role

• You have excellent organizational and project management skills

• You have a strong analytical mindset: you like uncovering patterns and opportunities by analyzing different sources of insights (qualitative, quantitative)

• You love solving problems and bringing value to Users

• You are detailed-oriented and like to craft perfect specifications and user stories

• You have both a good business sense and a taste for Design and Tech

• You have empathy and strive to serve our Users

• You have a good eye for UX/UI, and strive to deliver top quality product

• You are a team player and enjoy working closely with your team mates
