🎯 Role Overview

As a Resort Driver, you will be the face of our company—responsible for chauffeuring guests around the resort in luxury vehicles while also supporting daily resort operations. You’ll drive premium vehicles (VW Caravelle, Mercedes Vito, Land Rover), maintain them to impeccable standards, and assist with logistics, property support, basic IT troubleshooting, and snow clearance.

This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable, and practical individual who enjoys working with people and being part of a professional, hands-on resort team.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Transportation

  • Chauffeur guests between chalets, ski lifts, restaurants, and other resort destinations

  • Offer a warm, professional, and reliable service throughout the stay

  • Assist guests with luggage and ski equipment as needed

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

  • Maintain vehicles in top condition inside and out

  • Perform daily safety checks and prepare for winter conditions (e.g. snow chains)

  • Report and follow up on maintenance or mechanical issues

3. Resort Logistics Support

  • Assist with transport of staff, supplies, and equipment around the resort

  • Support smooth guest changeovers and logistical tasks during busy periods

  • Respond to last-minute logistical requests with flexibility

4. Property & Technical Assistance

  • Provide basic tech support in properties (Wi-Fi resets, streaming device setup, etc.)

  • Perform light maintenance tasks (bulb changes, simple repairs)

  • Report larger issues promptly to the chalet or maintenance team

5. Snow Clearance & Chalet Access

  • Clear snow from driveways, entrances, and steps to ensure guest safety

  • Maintain de-icing and snow equipment in good working order

  • Monitor weather and act proactively to maintain safe conditions

6. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other team members: hosts, chefs, managers, and fellow drivers

  • Communicate clearly and help coordinate logistics

  • Show initiative and support team members across roles when required

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a guest-facing, service, or logistics role

  • Clean, valid driver’s license; confident driving in winter/alpine conditions

  • Hands-on, reliable, and calm under pressure

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to solve basic IT/property issues

  • Fluent in spoken English; French or German is a bonus

  • Physically fit, comfortable working outdoors and handling snow/maintenance tasks

  • Professional appearance and confident in luxury environments

  • Positive, team-oriented, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset

All our positions are open, on an equal skills basis, to employees with specific needs or accommodations related to a disability.
