We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong product mindset who wants to build the right thing, the right way, and who enjoys dissecting how Sales teams operate.
Your core problem space will be Sales Team Workflows (5–30 reps): performance, workflows, data flow, governance, integrations…
Within this space, you will prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for mid-market teams.
Discovery, strategy, delivery, GTM, analysis, iteration: you are responsible for the full loop.
What matters most at LGM:
Dig into the real problems, not the first symptom.
Turn complex workflows into simple, actionable opportunities.
Collaborate extremely closely with your squad.
Ensure Sales, PMM, and Support deeply understand the why.
Move business metrics (activation, conversion, team adoption).
Use AI as a catalyst (not a buzzword). No need to be an AI expert (yet) just someone curious and who understands where AI should and should not be used.
Your success means understanding their daily workflow deeply and translating this into product decisions with measurable impact.

🎯 At 6 months, You successfully launched a feature used by 40%+ of paying accounts with Sales teams of 5+ reps.
🎯 At 12 months, Sales teams of 15+ reps have one of the top two Trial to Paid conversion rates among all personas.

Strong GTM sensitivity: you understand Sales constraints and can challenge assumptions clearly and politely
5–10 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS (or equivalent senior-level impact)
Strong experience in both discovery & delivery
Comfortable with data tools (Mixpanel or equivalent)
Experience in a scaling or structuring environment
Curiosity or experience in Sales, Growth, CRM, or Outreach
Fluent in French & English
Experience in Sales Automation / CRM / Lead Gen tools.
Exposure or curiosity for AI-powered features.
Experience with A/B tests.
