The position

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Global Media & Digital team. You will work closely with the Head of Media & Digital and the Digital Manager to support the development, monitoring, and execution of global initiatives across media, websites, and digital content.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media performance, website management, and digital innovation within a truly international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Media & Digital Performance

  • Support tracking and consolidation of media investments and digital KPIs across markets

  • Assist in preparing global dashboards and performance reports for Global & Local teams

  • Contribute to benchmark analyses and provide insights based on dashboards

Digital Strategy & Tools

  • Assist in coordinating and executing website updates (content, visuals, brand consistency)

  • Monitor and analyze website performance with analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to track traffic and engagement

  • Support SEO initiatives by reviewing content and metadata with agencies and local teams

  • Contribute to process improvements to ensure best practices are shared globally

  • Conduct structured digital monitoring (benchmarks on CCH brands, competitors, and categories)

  • Scan media and digital trends to identify emerging opportunities and inspiration for future initiatives


Preferred experience

  • Student in Business, Marketing, Digital, or Communications (Master’s level preferred) 

  • Strong interest in media, digital marketing, and website management 

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and extract insights (Excel proficiency required; knowledge of GA4 or similar tools is a plus) 

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and curiosity for digital tools/innovation 

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with international teams. 

  • Fluent in English (French or other European languages are a plus)
